This was my first magic book and what a great one it was, through it I gained a sense of protection and Wise fearless towards life!
MAN KNOW THIE SELF is the central creed, and it's what you'll come to know like none other.
One central word of caution; do not tell anyone that you are practicing the magic of this book while you are still learning the excercises contained there in. for if you do, you'll lose all the magic you will have gained from this book.
Also I would sugest doing it where you won't be disturbed, outside in the woods is the best! at night or day.
Your gonna get high with this book, holy high and your gonna gain a love of life you never knew you had and more so you will find that you won't complete the final mission of this book until your dead, or maybe not even until a few more life times from now, but who cares when you can feel this high right now!, or atleast when you get about 2/3rds of the way through this book.
